The most recent strikes targeted Samaiyeh, Hanniyeh and Jbal al Botm. The Ministry of Education closed all public and private schools, as well as vocational and technical institutions. The Ministry of Health said the preliminary toll includes 20 killed in Beirut’s southern suburb and 11 in southern Lebanon, along with 149 injured.
