On Monday night, #Tripoli Municipal Police began evacuating buildings deemed unsafe and at risk of collapse, following a government decision to evacuate 114 structures and provide shelters for their residents. Mustafa Fakhreddine, head of the Tripoli municipality’s engineering committee, revealed that around 600 buildings in the city have required repair and reinforcement since 2006.
